| Applications accepted | All applicants are tested for entrance interview applicants with the greatest chance of acceptance demonstrate exemplary moral character, academic ability, independence, responsibility, and self-discipline. the admissions committee carefully considers the applicant's school record, teacher recommendations, performance on the entrance test, and personal interview. to apply for admission, please submit an application, three previous years of report card(s), school recommendation(s), florida health forms, birth certificate, and application fee of $100.00 (per student). in order for students to be successful at the king's academy the applicants should meet the following standards: * score at 50th percentile or above on the entrance test. * a "c" average or better in major subjects on report cards. * recommendation(s) and report card(s) indicating satisfactory conduct. a personal interview will be scheduled. at least one parent or legal guardian must be present at the interview. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Get large plastic buckets (or sand buckets if you have lots of really little toys )in a variety of solid colors (red, blue, yellow, green, pink). Ask your child to clean up his/her toys by putting the toys in the bucket corresponding to the color bucket. Great for teaching personal responsibility, color identification, and sorting.
