Application Information

Applications accepted provision for children with special needs are individually reviewed with an initial interview with the parents and observation of the child within the learning environment. a special need is defined as a condition that exists which requires adjustments in the usual learning environment if the child is to develop to his/her potential. schedule changes or withdrawal requests shall be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the date of change. application for placement form with a $50.00 non-refundable application fee. complete the form and submit it for processing. copies of the birth and baptismal (if catholic) certificates. these remain on file. complete health examination record or form 14 including an updated tuberculosis screening as required by state of hawaii law. a dental card is recommended. report from the previous preschool attended (if applicable). a form is provided by elc for your completion. student history and parent interview form. sign up for the child's observation/testing session.
Application Information $50.00
Acceptance criteria: In determining acceptance, please note that acceptance is on a space available basis with consideration given to children of active members of Star of the Sea Parish, younger brothers and sisters of children already attending Star of the Sea, and alumni. The school has a non-discriminatory admissions policy
