| Applications accepted | - application form - application/testing fee ($100) - copy of student's immunization record - copy of student's birth certificate - copy of student's social security card - copy of custody decree (if applicable) - copy of attendance and discipline records during the formal interview, sfcs will gather information regarding your child's personality and learning needs. you will be asked to share your profession of faith and may then ask any additional questions. parent/guardian should submit the enrollment fee: ($400 for one child, $500 total for two or more children) submission of full psychological testing (current within 3 years) performed by a certified professional. all students entering the pk3 are required to be toilet trained prior to attendance. the child should be self-sufficient in his/her bathroom procedures. no "pull-ups" are allowed. |
