| Applications accepted | If it is more convenient for you to schedule an appointment for a tour, the doors of calvary child development center are always open to parents - and prospective parents! please feel free to come by anytime for a tour and to inquire about our program. we welcome the opportunity to show you in person exactly what we have to offer your child medical forms should be turned in with your enrollment packet. if this is not possible, the state requires that we have the medical form within 30 days of your child's start date |
