| Applications accepted | Children must be 3-1/2 years old by june 1, 2007 to be eligible. when you register your child for the 2007-2008 pre-kindergarten school year, you are enrolling for the complete 32-week program (september 4- may 16). all children enrolling in pre-kindergarten must present immunization records at open house on september 4, 2007. children must have the following: required number 2 - 4 years old 4 - 6 years old dpt/dt/dtap 4 5 polio 3 4 mmr 1 2 hib 3 3 hepatitis b 3 3 hepatitis a 2 2 vericella 1 1 required registration documents are: completed registration form, immunization/emergency/medical information form, $30.00 registration fee per family plus first week's tuition for each child. |
