| Applications accepted | We urge parents to visit us at least once with their child prior to admission complete the following forms: registration, personal history, immunization, consent to receive medical care and field trip agreement. state law requires we have all forms at the time of enrollment. pay the registration fee, which is due at the time of enrollment and each september thereafter. this fee covers the administrative and accounting costs associated with enrollment |
