Application Information

Applications accepted	students entering pk-3 through kindergarten must be the appropriate age by september 29 of the school year they are enrolling and they must also be toilet trained. each student enrolling for the first time shall provide trinity lutheran school a copy of their birth certificate and a current state immunization record the commonwealth of virginia school entrance health form (form mch-213e, parts 1-3 rev. 10/03), is the approved form we use and can be obtained from your physician or the department of health. students entering pk-3 through kindergarten must be the appropriate age by september 29 of the school year
