| Applications accepted | Testing of the child by an aca designee in accordance with his/her present grade level. interview with the principal or designee. after an evaluation of the registration packet, testing, and interview, approval/disapproval will be made by the principal. after the admissions office receives your application, test results and confidential recommendation forms, you will be notified of an appointment with the principal or principal's designee. bring your child's original birth certificate, physical examination form with immunization record to the interview. physical examination and immunization requirements preschool 3, k4, k5 students are required by virginia law to have a complete physical and a record of immunization within the twelve month period prior to entering agape christian academy. |
