| Applications accepted | Many of our classes fill up very quickly and we often have waiting lists. please call (703) 256-3773 to confirm availability and to reserve your child's place in our program. placement in our program is only allocated with verbal confirmation. 1. call or stop in to tour springfield academy and spring 'n' dale private schools. we would love the opportunity to show you our beautiful facilities and introduce you to our dedicated teachers. 2. read and sign springfield academy's and spring 'n' dale private schools policies and regulations agreement. entire policy manual available in main office. 3. fill out and sign the registration form. 4. pay the registration fee and first week of tuition which are non-refundable. 5. sign-up for medical insurance if needed. (optional.) 6. turn in a completed virginia health record form within 30 days of enrollment. 7. show the original or a certified copy of your child's birth certificate within 7 days of enrollment. (we do not need to retain the birth certificate, we only are required by the state to verify in your child's records that we have seen the birth certificate.) |
