| Applications accepted | For more information or to schedule an appointment to enroll at early learning centers please contact jackie rutherford at 806-765-9981 you will need to bring the following information to your appointment: 1. most recent 2-3 paycheck stubs. 2. current shot records for each child being enrolled. 3. well check statement from the doctor for each child being enrolled that states that child is in good health and may attend childcare (you can have this faxed to 806-741-0503.) 4. name, address and telephone number of the child(rens) doctor. 5. name, address and telephone number of at least 2 people, other than yourself who can, and will, pick the child(ren) up from the center if we are unable to reach you. 6. food stamp or tanf number if applicable. children must be at least three years old by september 1, 2006 |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Get large plastic buckets (or sand buckets if you have lots of really little toys )in a variety of solid colors (red, blue, yellow, green, pink). Ask your child to clean up his/her toys by putting the toys in the bucket corresponding to the color bucket. Great for teaching personal responsibility, color identification, and sorting.
