Application Information

Applications accepted	Students must be four years old by september 30 of the year in which they will begin school to apply for the pre-k program. pre-kindergarteners attend a visitation session with the teachers on the scheduled testing day. applications are submitted with a copy of the student's birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, baptismal certificate, and academic records.
Deadline for applications	February 12

Acceptance criteria:	Younger siblings of current students, registered members of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, children of Sacred Heart of Jesus School alumni, Catholic families who do not have a school within their Church parish, other Catholic families with permission of their pastor, non-Catholics if room is available
