School Philosophy and Mission
"The purpose of the Early Learning Center is to provide quality, affordable childcare to children of SFCC student parents and to support their parenting needs in ways that enhance their opportunities for success in college.
ELC Club meetings are generally the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. The room varies. Refreshments and door prizes are provided. Most ELC club members are also Head Start/Early Head Start parents but it is open to anyone.
