School Philosophy and Mission
"Henry Ford Kids' Mission is to provide the highest quality child care and early education for the children and grandchildren of Henry Ford Health System employees. We aim to serve as a resource for all HFHS employees regarding all matters relating to child care and development.
We accomplish this by:
Nurturing each child's unique qualities and potential
Implementing a curriculum that emerges from the children's interest and helps them to experiment and explore those interests
Being facilitators and guides to children's learning rather than instructors
Partnering with parents to support the entire family
Providing resources to the entire HFHS community
Advocating for quality child care programs within the larger community
