"Rainbow Programs serve as an extension of the family?s child
rearing through the care and education of children. We feel that the
philosophy of our program affects not only how it is organized and
implemented, but influences the kind of staff we hire, and how they
interact with children.
The Rainbow Programs subscribe to the belief that quality care
successfully integrates both recreation and education and provides a
wide variety of "total experiences" for children and youth.
Recreation promotes physical, moral and emotional growth.
Education provides opportunities to gain necessary life skills. The
process for implementation is similar and each activity within the
program is considered from both perspectives. Learning occurs
during pleasurable and playful experiences. Rainbow provides these
experiences
