Application Process
Applications are accepted: The child must be at least three years old to enroll into the head start program. in order for your child to be enrolled in head start, you must have: the child's birth certificate social security card medical insurance carrier recent immunization record or physical parent proof of income call community united head start at (216) 391-8333 ext. 119 and speak to the family and community partnership coordinator. |
